Account Manager

James Tower is seeking a professional, innovative and creative self-starter who wants to be part of a fast paced team. The Account Manager is an integral part of the sales team, helping drive sales and build relationships within existing client accounts. The ability to be perceptive to advocate for clients needs from the initial project discovery phase to completion is essential in order to offer attainable and acceptable long-term solutions.

Candidates must possess high organizational and communication skills, effectively write customer-centric winning proposals, and present technical marketing solutions to C level positions within Institutions of Higher Education. Use your relationship building skills and network contacts to secure appointments with key decision makers and identify new business prospects. Strong candidates will have experience in selling intangible services to clients in the Higher Education market through a consultative, conceptual sales technique by providing marketing and multimedia solutions. Your cold-calling and entrepreneurial spirit will be put to great use with overnight travel required.

James Tower offers creative opportunities for clients to integrate technology into their marketing efforts while still providing a highly personalized and interactive relationship with their customers. Previous experience in facilitating the sales process (initiating and developing sales solutions) to promote clients’ long-term business relationships required. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Knowledge of Internet, technology IT solutions, and/or electronic market preferred. Some travel required.
