Different clients have different goals, and we work with each school to help achieve its particular aspirations.
Q. Pricing structure: Are there different levels of service available?
A. Yes! Different schools have different objectives, different budget constraints, and different levels of internal resources available. Therefore, we have three different base packages for AdmissionsGenie - Silver, Gold, and Platinum - with additional features available at each successive level. ALL the packages include a level of customer service that our clients have described variously as "incredible," "consummately professional," and "consistently excellent." Clients can also create their own custom-tailored packages by taking one of the base packages and adding individual features from higher level packages on an a la carte basis if they so desire.
Q. Are there lots of hidden costs?
A. No. Before launching AdmissionsGenie, we conducted extensive research among admissions professionals to determine their needs and understand the frustrations they faced each day - and one of their key frustrations was hidden costs. In using internal resources, the primary frustration was long delays in completing technology-related projects, which usually resulted from a lack of sufficient internal resources that could be made available to work on such projects. When using outsourced providers, the primary hidden cost was expenses that would crop up after the vendor relationship was established but had not been mentioned in advance. A. Yes. We recognize the importance of protecting students' privacy and the information that they share with our clients and with us. Therefore, we have clear, strict policies in place regarding the collection of information, student choice in providing information, and the use, distribution, and security of that information. These policies were developed to be consistent with all appropriate federal and state laws, the policies of our client institutions, and the common conventions of reputable online communities, and our clients have found them highly appropriate.
