Business Development Executive
James Tower is seeking professional, innovative and creative self-starters who want to be part of a fast paced team. The Business Development Executive (BDE) is an integral part of the sales team, helping drive new sales as well as build relationships within existing client accounts. The ability to be perceptive to advocate for clients needs from the initial project discovery phase to completion is essential in order to offer attainable and acceptable long-term solutions.

- Higher Education Admissions
- Hosting
The successful BDE is a highly-skilled sales professional who is most comfortable and successful when selling at the executive level with our prospects or clients. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and effectively leading a team through the qualification, strategy, proposal, and closing phases of the sales process and to bring new opportunities to James Tower. Your experience and understanding of Internet marketing, and marketing services, including the integration of marketing strategy, web design and development, and interactive media will make you an ideal candidate. Since travel is required on a regular basis, your home office will be utilized to interact virtually with team members after completing our on-site training program.
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required, MBA preferred. Candidates must have 5+ years Professional Services sales experience within the Internet technology and/or marketing services space. Ability to consistently achieve or exceed set quotas, experience in structured solution sales methodology (complex sales) required. Experience with retail, B2C and B2b Ecommerce is highly desirable. Additional qualifications include impeccable client-facing skills including verbal presentations and written documentation, strong team-player and highly organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
