A. Yes. Different teams have different objectives, different budget constraints and different availability to internal resources. Because of this, we offer two different base packages for CommunicationsGenie: Basic and Premium. Both include a level of customer service that our clients have described as “incredible,” “consummately professional” and “consistently excellent.” You can also create your own custom-tailored package by adding individual features to base packages on an a la carte basis.
