Description: To personalize the admission process, Tiffin uses information it receives via a Web site form to personalize print materials for prospective adult students. For students who select an interest in criminal justice, they receive a mailer with pictures of law enforcement officials and students of different ages.
Results: Since implementing the variable data printing program, enrollment in the graduate programs has increased by 20%.
